Returns & Exchanges
We inspect every item upon delivery to ensure pristine quality. If your piece arrives with any manufacturing defects or transit damage, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Due to the bespoke nature and custom upholstery of our seating collection, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee and return transport handling. Items must be in unused, original condition.
